I was really excited to try this out, based on the marketing. The promise of increased engagement was appealing, but the reality fell far short. The widgets looked clunky and outdated, and the notification features were buggy and unreliable. I spent hours trying to customize them to fit my website, but ultimately gave up because it was just too much work for such a poor result. It didn't improve my conversion rates at all, and frankly, it probably hurt them. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Save your money.
