This software is largely effective at what it sets out to do. The social proof widgets look professional and the notifications are eye-catching. I've seen a definite uptick in conversions since installing it. However, there have been a few minor instances of glitches. A couple of times the widgets failed to load correctly and I had to refresh the page. Nothing major, but it's something to be aware of. Overall, a solid product with a few minor bugs that could use ironing out. I'd recommend it.
